This was an easy win for White but he must have been so nervous playing with the great Tinsley that he declared a draw!
I kind of hope that’s true, but I’m beginning to suspect a transcription error in OCA_DB. Is there another source for this game? It’s seems like a strange thing to do to declare a draw up a piece. But maybe you’re right, maybe Tinsley was just that scary.
